Artist reserves right to revise prices in the event the image does not meet the resolution required or has additional details that must be removed to ensure image meets your expectations.  Any price change will be communicated in advance.

Please provide image of at least 300 dpi or greater preferred (unless previously agreed upon, such as an older photo). Please note, lower image quality may result in lower quality or undesired effects. I want your project to look it’s best so will strive to improve images provided. Picture must reflect what you want to include angle, cleanliness, and background. Note: decals, stickers, etc will appear in final image.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY AND SUBMIT THE REQUIRED REQUEST FORM. COMMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT THIS FORM. 

Important information:

·       All custom commissions require 50% non-refundable down payment to schedule your project.

·       Once final project details agreed upon, 50% payment and properly formatted image received, your project will be scheduled on a first come first served basis. 

·       Time for completion varies with complexity of work and number of commissioned projects ahead of yours.

·       We strive for your complete satisfaction.  Once you receive your digital image, if not completely satisfied, I will offer a one-time revision.  Significant changes will result in additional charges.

·       Prices are subject to change and will be communicated in advance.

·       Final payment required upon completion.  You will receive a high resolution jpg file. No physical products will be provided unless agreed upon during consultation. You are responsible for any additional charges for physical products.  Physical products are purchased through a third party and their refund and return policy applies. 

·       All sales are final and 50% down payment and final payment are non-refundable.

·       All artwork and content on the Remastered Collection website is legally protected by U.S. & International copyright laws.

·       Images may be used for your personal use ONLY.  For example, prints for household decor, screen savers. 

·       Under NO circumstances may the commissioned art be used for commercial purposes without prior and proper permission from Donovan Frost, Remastered Collection or his legal advisors.  

·       Unauthorized use or duplication for commercial purposes is prohibited by Copyright law and will be prosecuted.  We protect our copyright interests.

·       I reserve the right to advertise, reproduce, print and sell any of my original art and commissions (your project) at my discretion unless previously agreed upon.

·       Donovan Frost, Remastered Collection, retains all of the copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of you having an original image. You must contact him or his legal advisers in order to use an image for commercial purposes, whether or not you own the original artwork.
